Strategic Essentials Management Consultants has been in operation for over 15 years and is built on the mission

- Our business model is premised on the discipline of process consulting developed by Edgar Shein of the MIT Sloan
Business School, Boston USA. Under this discipline the role of the consultant is to facilitate internal client learning
and capability development in problem solving, strategic reflection, strategy development and continuous process
improvement. Our model and business practices are built on the key success factor that client and consultant must
work in collaboration with one another.

Marigo Raftopoulos, Principal Consultant:

Marigo has worked as a management consultant to industry and government for over 20 years. After working
for international consulting firms Marigo established her own practice based in Melbourne, Australia. Her areas
of expertise include government, agribusiness, building & construction, transport, education, knowledge
management and sustainability.
- Marigo has a Bachelor of Economics degree and a Master of Business Administration from Monash University
and an executive certificate from MIT Sloan Business School in systems dynamics modelling. Marigo is currently
a doctoral candidate at Monash University researching the measurement of sustainable competitive advantage
of value chains.
- Marigo is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Institute of Management Consultants (Australia), and the Society for Organisational Learning (USA).
